Terms of Service

By buying from or using messyscripts.dev you agree to these terms. Purchases are also covered by Tebex's checkout terms, as Tebex is the reseller for all sales.

Licence

Buying a script gives you a licence to use it on FiveM servers you run or manage. Scripts are protected with the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system and are delivered to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout. You may not resell, share, leak or redistribute any script, in whole or in part.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Access to the included scripts ends when the subscription ends.

Refunds

Because scripts are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are final once a script has been delivered to your Cfx.re account. If something doesn't work as described, contact us on Discord and we'll help fix it.

Support and updates

Support is provided through our Discord. We aim to keep scripts compatible with current versions of QBCore, Qbox and ESX, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every server setup or third-party resource.

Liability

Scripts are provided as-is. Messy Scripts isn't liable for downtime, data loss or other issues on your server arising from their use. Messy Scripts is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
